Melbourne- Wealth Management- Contract or TemporaryOur client is a well-renowned global wealth management firm with a sizeable presence in Melbourne.

They are seeking a sharp, well-spoken recent graduates ideally with a minimum of one year’s experience within financial services operations or client services, to join their operations division on an initial 12-month contract with the view to go permanent at 12 months.

**Recent graduates seeking a career within the private wealth / stockbroking industry. Any prior experience in equity operations, client services or operations will be held highly**
- The team in operations is responsible for supporting client onboarding, asset transfer processing, CHESS Sponsorship
- Managing asset transfer function to facilitate transfer of domestic and international equities
- Support and monitor both local and overseas teams relating to the asset transfer, client onboarding and ongoing maintenance of client accounts and data integrity.
- Ensuring all daily processes and SLAs are met within applicable timeframes
- Monitoring report to unlock HIN as per regulatory requirements.
- Managing escalations by front office and work with offshore team to resolve them.
- Quality check for account opened and static data change by offshore team.
- Work with compliance and risk for any exceptions.
