Our client is a global travel industry organisation specialising in luxury travel journeys across the globe. With an increasing recognition for the role I.T will continue to play in their business, and the need for strong leadership to support their exciting plans, this role is seen as pivotal to future success.

**About the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client’s team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of services to the organisation, while ensuring that the agreed-upon service level agreements are met and reliability, performance and uptime is sustained.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates the service delivery team work to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Oversees the delivery of services to ensure that service level agreements are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships acting as a point of contact.
- Develop and implement service delivery processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance the quality of services provided.
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance regularly.

**About you**
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Demonstrated leadership and technical skills and the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrate experience with Microsoft products including Office 365, Active Directory and Azure.
- Demonstrate understanding of disaster recovery methods, planning and testing.
- Experience in ICT change management.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of IT leadership experience
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
- Process improvement experience
