A well-established and respected player in the automotive and engineering industry is looking to transform their CRM capabilities to drive the growth of revenue and increase value for their customers. With over a decade of experience, they are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to their customers. With a major focus on customer loyalty, they are now looking at ways to sustainably grow retention across all brands.
**Some of the responsibilities in this role are**:
- Develop and implement a CRM roadmap with strategies on how to drive leveraging scale, improved usability and defect management.
- Drive sustainable and targeted customer growth by leveraging the customer loyalty programme.
- Work with the Sales Operations team to identify opportunities to enhance CRM platform Adoption.
- Engage with the Business Systems team to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience by leveraging seamless data transition and providing an Omni-channel experience for customers.
- Work closely with Executive Management across Sales Operations and Retail to ensure the benefits and strategy are clearly defined and communicated.
- Execute the strategy to the agreed performance and analytics measures.
**Some of the skills required for this role are**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, specifically working with complex data to identify insights and tell a story.
- Strong understanding of CRM and Loyalty best practices to drive informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to drive sustainable and targeted customer growth.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to take ownership.
- Solutions focussed with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player, you will bring people together and lead CRM conversations.
