This will be a wonderful role for a clever marketer who wants genuine P&L ownership over their brand and the opportunity to influence the evolution and success of this brand. You will be managing a flagship portfolio that delivers transformational health outcomes for its consumers.

Location: Sydney northern suburbs.

You are joining a large and impressive Australian multi brand business which enjoys local and international market success and is known for its innovation and speed to market. You will managing a high profile brand which this company has been evolving and growing over 20 years and has expanded through constant innovation and NPD to be four key product categories and around 40 SKUs. This growth and ongoing brand evolution will continue in your hands. You will mentor an ABM who manages one of your categories and over the next 12 months, you will drive a significant program of innovation/NPD, a major relaunch and an accompanying advertising/comms strategy. You report to a Marketing Manager but will have very significant freedom to drive the growth and success of your brand. Balancing this is a company that has fun doing what it does so well.

You are most likely a brand marketer with FMCG experience or similar and in this organisation, attitude and energy are everything. Your experience spans pretty much everything across the marketing mix and you have good experience developing and bringing new products to market. This role can be tailored to suit your experience. You could be at the senior end of brand management and looking for a bigger, more challenging position or even a very experienced ABM ready for promotion and the ability to grow quickly in the role. Either way, success in this role would make you a very visible and credentialed marketer in what is a strongly brand and marketing driven business.
