W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay; Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Full Time Accounts Receivable position for Maternity Cover (12 months). As Accounts Receivable in a luxury hotel, you will have the opportunity to uphold the exceptional Finance standards and procedures expected in a premium hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensures compliance with all brand established systems and procedures
- Support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance
- Accurate data entry and archiving
- Daily invoicing processing and generating and sending invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
- Follow up on outstanding balances
- Record and reconcile incoming payments
- Maintain accurate financial and customer records
- Assist in month-end closing processes
- Administrative duties as required
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel
- Must demonstrate a proven track record of experience across the field and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a high attention to detail
