Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the finance team for one of the largest integrated, merchanting and supply companies operating in Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receipt Bank statements in AUS/USD/NZD
- Sending daily payment receipt advice
- Receipt USD payments as received and advise documentation for the teams
- Update and send daily FX rates to all staff
- Follow up overdue payments and escalate when required
- Process Customer claims
- Process journal entries as required

**What you need to succeed**:

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels Accountable, responsible, takes ownership
- Experience working with high volume
