Our client is seeking solid expertise in workplace relations to lead complex case management and also manage key stakeholder relationships whilst guiding a team with workflow and development.  Located in Qld, this role requires an immediate start.  Salary package circa $200k

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in workplace relations, including managing complex employee issues and implementing effective dispute resolution strategies
  • Experience leading bargaining for EBA in consultation with all key stakeholders.
  • Representing the Employer at Fair Work as required.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and mentoring teams, ensuring workplans are delivered and provide performance feedback as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges and provide strategic guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and Legislation with proven experience with compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR or employee relations role, preferably within the higher education, health or public sector
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
