Injury Management Strategist

JOB DETAILS
Essential criteria:
- Applicant must be an Allied Health Professional such as OTs, PTs, EPs ,Social Work etc possess with a valid membership with their association.
- Preferably with at least 1 year relevant industry experience, but not essential.
- New Graduates are welcome to apply. Full training is provided for new graduate or qualified allied health profession that has no prior experience in this field
Your duties include but not limited to:
- Conduct Injury Management to all jurisdictions eg. CTP, WorkCover, Comcare, Life Insurance etc.
- Conduct assessments, formulate strategies and recommendations to benefit the case.
- Liaison with all stakeholders, i.e insurers, employers, unions and treating health professionals to facilitate effective rehabilitation outcomes.
- Professional report writing.
The successful applicants must possess/be:
- Proven competency in completing assessment and writing report within a timeframe.
- Advanced communication skills with ability to liaise with all stakeholders.
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise task.Excellent in time management skill and work under deadlines
- A driving license and a reliable car.
