As we continue to innovate and improve our workplace health and safety, as well as employment relations systems, we are looking for a passionate Safety & Employee Relations Systems Product Specialist to help us drive the ongoing success of our digital solutions.

Role Overview:
Based at Macquarie Park, the Safety & ER Systems Product Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the success, adoption, and continuous improvement of our workplace health & safety and employment case management systems. This includes systems related to hazard and incident reporting, grievances, disciplinary actions, and more. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT teams, this role ensures that our systems are optimised, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal business units to understand their needs and translate them into system enhancements.- Partner with IT to select and implement systems that best meet the business requirements.- Oversee system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and prioritisation of improvement opportunities.- Proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and digital adoption to improve system effectiveness and user experience.- Manage and drive continuous improvements for Safety & ER case management system modules and features.- Serve as the point of contact for system support, providing effective communication between technical teams and business units.- Create and maintain detailed analytics and reporting on system performance and usage.- Develop strategies for training and empowering end users, ensuring smooth system adoption and user engagement.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety and employment relations (ER) case management systems and processes.- Proven experience in managing and optimising enterprise systems, especially in the areas of hazard/incident reporting, grievances, and disciplinary actions.- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.- Collaborative approach, with the ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver results.- Previous experience in system selection, implementation, and optimisation is highly desirable.- Experience in analytics and reporting from enterprise-level systems.
