**Description**:
As a Brand Manager you will drive growth for your portfolio. You will have ownership of key projects and outcomes, developing and implementing strategies for new and existing products.

About the Role

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Development and implementation of brand plans across all elements of the marketing mix
- Be the brand ‘expert’ on the specific portfolio through detailed brand, market, customer insight, category and competitor knowledge and analysis
- Lead new product development opportunities and roll out of the innovation pipeline for domestic market
- Develop effective communication to be activated with consumer impact and commercial return
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure the brand strategy developed is translated into optimal trade solutions.
- Manage the overall profitability of the portfolio including carefully managing A&P investment and P&L impact
- Liaise and build strong relationships with all stakeholders

You’re able to keep the consumer as the focus of everything you do, successfully delivering positive outcomes and not be afraid to take calculated risks and try something new. You will be used to being autonomous in your work (with the support of your manager when needed).
