**Description**:
About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager. The focus of your role will be supporting the Marketing Manager across marketing and promotional planning activities and supporting new product development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with well-known brands and gain exposure to a broad spectrum of marketing activities. This is a practical, hands-on role which you will have real ownership of what you do.

Support Marketing Manager
Analysis tracking of weekly scan sales (Aztec Reports)
Forecasting & Stock control Analysis
Support sales force with information/requests
Manage and implement POS strategies and designs
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
Manage the brands digital marketing and social media campaigns
Manage work flow of design through the internal graphics studio
Manage external partnerships on a daily level
Assist in management of catalogue artwork for NW
Manage brand component of Product Manual, One pagers and SKU library
Track and monitor monthly A&P spend
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures.

About you

2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar
Experience and understanding FMCG and OTC products
Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise
General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analyzing data and market segments
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills and the
ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
Ability to deal with other internal departments.
Excellent customer service skills
