**About the Role**
This role is perfect for a problem solver/hands on/attention to detail person who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating service schedules and assisting customers to identify service needs and arrange parts.
- Performing camper/caravan service work and trouble shooting issues.
- Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and time management for seamless service delivery.
**About You**
- **Technical Expertise**: Proven hands-on experience in trailer braking systems, bearings, and suspension and an understanding of Diesel Heaters and plumbing items.
- **12V DC System Knowledge**: Practical know-how in charging systems, solar, lithium batteries, and other electrical systems.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: A logical, step-by-step troubleshooting approach and pride in high-quality workmanship.
- **Communication**: Ability to engage with customers, manage the daily workload efficiently and work within a team environment.
- **Safety Mindset**: A focus on safety and thorough planning in all tasks.
- **Licenses & Experience**: Valid driver’s license and experience in towing trailers/caravans.
