**Create your best future and join Westpac as an Associate, GTS Client Services** **What’s the role?** As an Associate in the GTS Client Services team, you will be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they get top-notch service and support, handling everything from resolving queries to collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You'll act as the primary contact for escalations and complex matters for a portfolio of approximate 50 customers, ensuring timely and competent responses. You will also contribute to process improvements and support clients outside your portfolio when needed.
