- The Systems Implementation Lead is responsible for managing the implementation of technology across specific projects within Boston Scientific ANZ. You will work closely with the Project Manager plus functional teams within Boston Scientific, such as Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology to manage the end-to-end implementation of these projects. This role will involve extensive coordination with vendors, stakeholders and various internal teams to ensure the project is successfully delivered on time, within budget and meets the organisational needs.- This role will report into Finance Director - ANZ and is based in our Sydney Head Office. This is a fixed term position anticipated to end in December 2025.**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Work with the Project Manager to create and deliver a structured work plan with clear milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with our internal stakeholders to identify, analyse and evaluate compliance and risks and the impact they may have on the improvement projects.
- Document and confirm system requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance to the business to ensure that improvements/solutions align with the current and future business needs.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiation and ongoing relationship management to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Create and communicate weekly update reports to track progress and ensure that all stakeholders understand project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and execute contingency plans as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and other department SMEs to ensure seamless integration of the new systems.
- Define test scenarios to ensure business requirements are met at the end of the projects.
- Assist and oversee full end to end testing of the system before go live to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Assist in facilitating training and support for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and policies.
- Develop and execute communication plans.
- Conduct a post implementation review to identify any issues or areas for improvement

- Previous experience in technology project management, preferably implementing technology that positively impacts finance and human resources systems.
- Previous experience leading system building and configuration including data migration, data mapping, data integrity and data reconciliation of the new systems.
- Previous experience in system and quality testing, including developing test plans, test cases and managing defects.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Success Factors, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with a large-scale system implementation within a complex organizational environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage vendors including selection, negotiation and relationship management.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders through change to efficiently deliver in a time pressured environment.
