**Your new role **awaits**

It is critical to the success of Coates’ strategic technology programs, ensuring that organizational projects meet time and budget objectives and increase employee adoption. With a clear vision of expected outcomes, you will work closely with Coates Leadership Teams to recommend, implement and monitor process changes which enable an enhanced digital customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of processes employed and influence ways of working by developing and supporting appropriate change management techniques. This role will a focus on the

A typical day will include:

- Developing structured change programs and change management strategies and plans to ensure the success of IT Projects.
- Planning to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviours from stakeholders impacted by changes and developing counter strategies to foster positive acceptance of change
- Supporting Project Managers and project teams to integrate change management activities with their project plans.
- Leading BA’s, developers and others in the development of UI tools that enhance changes to operating systems
- Assisting in establishing functional specifications to meet project objectives.
- Participating and assisting with testing of operational changes
- Establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships, troubleshooting and providing answers to functional issues.
- Preparation and presentation of training sessions on change management
- Acting as a coach for senior leaders and executives and help them fulfill the critical role of change management sponsor or champion.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
Ideally you will have:

- Ability to coach, mentor and motivate staff
- A deep understanding of project and change management theory and principles
- Advanced understanding and certification in Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- A sound understanding of applied technology and product development
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with strong influencing skills with people at all levels
- Effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to operate effectively and efficiently across multiple work streams.
- A demonstrated track record of evaluating process improvements
- Strong commercial acumen
