**About the Practice**

ProVision is a purpose driven organisation. We are a **m**ember-focused **organisation, dedicated to providing small-scaled Optometrists businesses the commercial support they require to provide invaluable vision and eye health services to their local communities.

You will have a supportive leader and team who are focused on outputs and service excellence to provide you with opportunities for growth, recognition and inclusion.

**About the Role**
- Providing member support through phone, zoom and live chat.
- This role also provides marketing coordination support for major events, including our biennial national conference.

**As a Member Marketing & Communications Coordinator**:

- You would have an understanding of the latest marketing concepts and principles, including digital marketing and relationship marketing and the ability to convey marketing concepts simply to Optometrists, small business owners and their teams
- Have experience in website management;

**Experience with marketing automation and designing customer journeys would be ideal, although not a prerequisite.**

**About you**

You will bring your natural organisation skills and enjoy managing a large variety of tasks and can switch adeptly between them as required, whilst managing timelines and commitments.

- High attention to detail.
- Innovative mindset always looking for continuous improvement.
- Achievement-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, and shows initiative.
- Would be effective in developing rapport, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders to achieve the right outcome.
- The ability to contribute to creative ideas.
- Have strong business writing and communication skills.
- Tech savvy with the ability to adopt new systems and software quickly;
