**About the Role**:
FedEx Express is looking for a **Logistics Operations Specialist** to join our depot in either locations**:Netley, South Australia **or **Welshpool, Perth.**

The role is responsible for reviewing and improving business process and procedures, including systems to optimise the operations. You will participate in or lead projects to develop change to current systems and processes whilst working with and communicating to internal and external customers to achievement key business objectives. The role will be reporting to the **Operations Excellence Manager**.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Perform and participate in our coordinates audits and review of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standard and rules are applied
- Initiate, analyse, and work on projects which deliver business solutions through improved processes which can include improved efficiencies, delivering additional customer services or leveraging outsourcing or vendor opportunities within department
- Validate and complete accurate and timely reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities within key processes in the area/department and shares findings with management

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, manufacturing, or engineering industries will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and experience in Data Analysis, PowerBI, VBA, Microsoft Office, and coding language will be highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
