**Your New Role**

Reporting to the State Operations Manager OSHC, you will be required to work proactively in conjunction with the Area Managers to identify strategies for growth, to implement strategies to address emerging issues and to ensure all policies, procedures and guidelines are always followed. A key focus of this role is to maximise commercial efficiencies and drive growth and potential through strategic partnerships and a focus on high quality care, while leading a positive culture in line with PCYC Queensland values. In addition to this, you will be responsible for providing reports and communication to the General Manager OSHC and making recommendations for improvement as needed. **About You**
- Minimum Diploma level qualification in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role along
- Demonstrated experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining outside school hours care of related field in compliance with Legislation and Regulations
- Evidence of being able to manage a multi-disciplinary team and provide strong leadership of projects and service delivery;
- Demonstrated ability to manage area and service budgets prudently
- Ability to travel across the State as required
