We are excited to announce that we have an amazing and unique opportunity for a **People and Culture professional** to join our team and coordinate our people and culture function.

This is a true human resources generalist role, reporting to the General Manager and will provide a people and culture professional a chance to fully flex their people skills and coordinate the entire end to end employment life cycle.

We are searching for someone with demonstrable experience and qualifications as a people professional and someone who can model best practice people management.

A driver’s licence, police clearance and a pre-employment medical are pre-requisites. If you do have a first aid qualification, experience in the construction industry and a White Card that would be a bonus but not a requirement as we can help out with those things.

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
