We’re looking for a **driven and experienced FOH Supervisor** to bring energy, leadership, and expertise to our team. **Location**: 109 Pascoe Vale Road, Moonee Ponds
**Position**: Casual, 4-5 days per week

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least **two years of experience** in a fast-paced FOH role (perfect role if you're looking to develop your management/senior leadership skills).
- A genuine passion for hospitality, customer engagement, and high-quality service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team to maintain service excellence.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Confidence in using POS systems (LIGHTSPEED) to streamline operations.
- **Full weekend availability.**:

- **Current RSA Certificate**.

As a Senior Floor Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the success of Convoy by:

- Leading by example to create a welcoming, professional, and high-energy atmosphere.
- Ensuring smooth, efficient service and a consistently outstanding customer experience.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting FOH staff to uphold our service standards.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to refine operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Taking ownership of key aspects of the guest experience, from floor operations to customer engagement.

Pay: $53,470.85 - $79,567.59 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
