Miami Bakehouse is an eminent cafe brand with 5 locations in the Peel and the Southwest region. We focus on great coffee, excellent service and customer engagement.

This position is in our Northbound Cafe located in West Pinjarra. This is a small but busy venue, ebbing and flowing with the traffic on the Forrest Highway.

If you get a buzz from leading from the front and building a great team, this is the role for you.

**About the Role**:

- Front of house role with a customer focus
- Full time salaried position
- Coach and instruct the team to ensure a smooth and productive day
- Inventory ordering and monitoring stock levels
- Ensuring quality of service and coffee

Pay: Up to $68,000.00 per year
