**About the position**

Highly motivated with system management experience; The Care Systems Manager will work closely with a number of business units and outsourced vendors to ensure that care focused systems deliver what the end users require to do their jobs effectively. This position will be primarily responsible for maintaining and monitoring care related business systems that are responsible for delivering care and support services to residents living in LDK villages. Ensuring that end users have systems that are optimised to deliver high level outcomes is the overall goal of this role. This is an exciting role that will be well supported within a rapidly expanding company with multiple sites under construction.

**About you**

**Qualifications**:

- Prior administrator or support experience managing a CRM, RMS or similar system in “Aged Care”, “Home Care”, “Retirement Living” or similar industry required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology field desirable
- Other Industry certifications desirable
- ITIL Minimum Foundation level desirable
- Project management experience desirable
- Change management experience desirable
- Prior clinical experience desirable
- Skills and experience_
- Include but not limited to:_
- Prior experience with Microsoft 365 suite
- Administration of a CRM system
- Clinical training or experience
- Understanding of home and community care
- System management experience
- Project management training
- ITIL certification
- Experience developing training material
- Experience with documentation
- Ability to work autonomously / make decisions
- Use of support ticket platforms
- ‘Go the extra step’ attitude for projects
- Alaya care management experience
- Health metrics management experience
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience

**Note**: The successful applicant will need a Police Clearance and up-to-date influenza and COVID-19 immunization before commencing employment.
