We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to join our product team. In this pivotal (hybrid) role, you will be the internal product owner for our core operational systems. You will bridge the gap between our internal business operations and our technology solutions, ensuring our teams (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations) have the tools and processes they need to operate efficiently, scale effectively, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact our internal productivity and strategic growth by shaping the digital backbone of our business.

What You'll Do:

• Requirements & Backlog Management:Translate complex internal user needs and business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own and prioritise the internal system development backlog based on business value, user impact, and strategic alignment.
• Solution Design & Delivery:Partner with our development team to design, deliver, and ensure high-quality, timely solutions for our internal systems, particularly Salesforce.
• System Ownership & Governance:Oversee the health, performance, and scalability of our core internal systems, managing data integrity, security, and user access.
• Adoption & Change Management:Drive user adoption of new features and processes by developing and executing effective change management strategies, training, and communication plans.
• Performance Measurement:Track key KPIs for internal system usage, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction, reporting insights to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management:Build strong cross-functional relationships, communicate roadmap progress, manage expectations, and influence decisions across diverse internal teams.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-3 years of product management experiencefocused on internal systems, business applications, or enterprise software, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills, using data to inform product decisions and measure impact.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies for internal tools.
