**The Client**
Sharp & Carter have been exclusively engaged to recruit a newly created Accounts Payable position for a leading provider of high-quality home furnishings. With a strong commitment to superior craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and innovative solutions, the company has built a solid reputation in the industry. As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to support their financial function and contribute to their ongoing success.

**The Role**
You will take ownership of the Accounts Payable function and your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of suppliers invoices
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Complete weekly payment runs
- Answer supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with month end duties
- Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the close knit finance team
- Prior proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Payable role
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as in a close knit team environment
- Ability to multi-task with a pro-active attitude
