Fleet Performance Coordinator **(based in Moorebank)** is a pivotal member of the Fleet Performance team who is responsible for identifying, directing and managing fleet allocation activities that maximise fleet utilisation and performance levels nationally and also deliver the best return on investment. A Fleet Performance Coordinator is expected to make important decisions and take responsibility for action regarding fleet deployment across our extensive national branch network and directly contribute to business profitability.

**Your new role awaits**:

- Conduct effective fleet control and deployment activities to support the branch network in maximising fleet utilisation
- Review data reports on fleet utilisation, slow moving fleet and ROC reports and recommend appropriate actions on under-utilised fleet for improvement
- Provide assistance, support and expert advice to branches during fleet stock-take periods to ensure stocktakes are completed accurately and within agreed time frames
- Ensure maximum utilisation of fleet is achieved before purchasing new equipment
- Undertake all necessary administrative activities relating to the control and management of fleet
- Provide contribution and recommendation to budgets and strategic plans for the fleet function

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in similar role
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Problem analysis skills
- Analytical skills
- Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Outlook
