**Purpose of Role**

Convido is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Perth, Australia market. Reporting into the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for assisting the Operations Team in preparing new apartments, ensuring existing apartments are ready for our guests, handling any issues or emergencies that arise, assisting in guest service matters, helping ensure linen & apartment supplies meet par levels and meet and greet services.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for assisting the Operations team in all aspects of apartment inventory management, key management and guest service-related matters.
- Assistance with setup and breakdown of apartment inventory.
- Attend technical appointments to ensure our guests privacy.
- Managing linen & apartment supplies, ordering and stock take.
- Ensuring apartment standards are met and maintained for every guest stay.
- Perform pre and post arrival inspections, ensuring Convido continues to meet guest quality standards.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance and manual lifting assistance, where needed and within reason.
- Respond to and manage guest service matters.
- Perform at request the pivotal task of in-person meet and greet service for arriving guests.
- Assist in managing key suppliers to a positive outcome.
- Other tasks/projects as discussed and agreed.

**Qualifications**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- 2+ years of accommodation, hospitality, real estate and/or supervisor experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to effectively multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrates high level of personal energy and high productivity.
- Repairs and maintenance skills are a plus.
- Information Technology Experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.

Please note, work requirements across 7 days/nights. Availability to work weeknights, weekends and holidays.

To be considered, you must be entitled to work in Australia, have a valid drivers’ license and vehicle that can be used for work purposes, and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks. Confidence in driving, parking and travel around the central business district and surrounds is a plus.

Though not required, the following are highly sought after in this role:

- Experience with hotel-grade Linen
- Residence close to the CBD.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
