We’re seeking an experienced and motivated **Slaughter Floor Manager**to lead our team at Cannon Hill on the **afternoon shif**t. This is a key leadership role overseeing all slaughter floor operations — including yards, offal (upper and lower), co-products, and chillers.

**About the Role**:
As the Slaughter Floor Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient production, safety, and quality outcomes every day. You’ll lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop production teams across the slaughter floor, yards, offal, and co-products areas
- Manage production performance, costs, yields, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, AQIS, MSA, Halal, and Australian Standards
- Champion workplace safety, wellbeing, and animal welfare
- Oversee downtime reporting, maintenance coordination, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with QA, HR, Maintenance, and Livestock teams to deliver operational excellenceIdentify and implement new business and process improvement opportunities
