As a Tile Specialist at NASHCO Tilling Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise within our tile and flooring showroom. This full-time position based in Box Hill, Victoria, will see you working collaboratively with our customers to help them achieve their dream home or commercial space through the selection of high-quality tiles and flooring solutions.

What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers to understand their tile and flooring needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Demonstrate product knowledge, educating customers on tile types, finishes, installation requirements and maintenance
- Assist customers with selecting the perfect tiles and flooring to suit their style and budget
- Process sales transactions and orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing showroom to showcase our tile and flooring products
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date on new product ranges and industry trends

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the tile, flooring or home improvement industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on tile and flooring options
- Strong organisational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer enquiries
- Passion for design and home improvement trends
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
