Our client, a
**high-end Architecture, Design and Construction business** based in Sydney's North Shore, are seeking an experienced
**Accounts Payable professional** to join their collaborative, close knit finance team team.

You will be responsible for all Accounts Payable tasks along with supporting the wider team to make a positive impact. This role is an immediate start and will initially commence on a contract basis with a view to convert to permanent.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing of all accounts payable invoices
- Ensuring all invoices are processed in time for month end statements
- Ensuring all supplier and customer details are accurate in the system and constantly maintained
- Reconciliation of of credit cards and intercompany accounts
- Raise Purchase orders for approval (as required)
- Processing internal staff expenses
- Previous experience in a similar role - Construction industry experience is highly desirable
- Existing experience using MYOB and Office products
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and 'think outside of the box'
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
