The Coordinator role is pivotal in the supporting the management of nursing & midwifery supplementary staff and facilitation of centralised recruitment.

Being the right person for this position, you will have experience that demonstrates management skills, exposure to staff recruitment, performance development and management and workforce planning. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, experience with networking and influencing others and a keen interest in understanding the complexity of nursing and midwifery workforce challenges now and into the future.
