We specialize in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and house washing services. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the North Shore area.
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales/Business Development Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives on the challenge of generating new business and enjoys the flexibility of a performance-based income. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and grow our client base, ensuring that our services are consistently booked out.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, including door-to-door, B2B sales, and leveraging leads from marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our services and closing deals.
- Work closely with the Director to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on client feedback and market trends.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and in all client interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the home services industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients and close sales.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to maximize sales opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the North Shore and Northern Beaches areas.
**Pay Structure**:
- **Commission-Only**: Earn 25% commission on net sales you generate, with NO CAP on your earning potential.
- **Incentives**: Additional bonuses for achieving quarterly sales milestones.

Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
