**About the role**

The company's mission is to provide an industry leading structural walling solution that is of the highest quality and customer service to the building industry. The QLD Account Manager will be responsible for building strong mutually valuable relationships with customers in the building industry that deliver the sales and volume budgets for a defined geographic area /account base.

**Responsibilities**
- Owning the growth of the business for a geographic area/ account base.
- Managing a portfolio of existing customers
- Identify new targets using BCI, Bid Contender and other publications.
- Work collaboratively with other sales team members to improve efficiencies and build team culture.
- Communicating customer, market intelligence and business opportunities to the business

**Skills & Experience**
- Technical understanding of the BCA, AS3600 and the Construction Manual.
- Ability and skills to project manage, read and discuss plans and technical drawings.
- Results-orientated and tough-minded, with the flexibility to adapt to change.
- Consultative sales approach & Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective time management and self-discipline skills.
- Professional presentation with the ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations.
- Solid business acumen/commercial sense
- Experience dealing, selling or managing with builders or work sites.
