We're seeking enthusiastic Learn to Swim Instructors and Squad Coaches to join our dynamic team with an immediate start

**About the Position**:
As a Squad Coach you will be reponsible for facilitating squad sessions and assessing swimmer ability and grading. You will support our Squad Teams at swim meets and carnivals on occation. The role requires assisting with swim training before and after school hours, as well as on weekends. Strong squad and group management skills, along with foundational coaching abilities and experience in competitive strokes, are essential for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured swimming lessons for children of all ages.
- Foster water confidence, stroke techniques and competitive strokes, and water safety.
- Tailor lessons to individual abilities and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe and clean pool environment at all times.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Coaching Qualification will be an advantage
- Current positive notice of Blue Card (paid)
- Current First Aid and CPR mandatory

All School staff, unless otherwise eligible for an exemption, must possess a current Positive Notice or “Blue Card” issued under the _Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000_ before commencing employment with the School. Volunteer Blue Cards are required to be transferred to Paid Employment cards.
