Create impact as a Principal, Strategy and Planning
Your Role
Join us as a Principal, Strategy and Planning and help shape the future of Group Risk.
In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and drive a clear Group Risk strategy and integrated workplan.
You'll lead the development of project charters, execution plans, and a single view of change across initiatives, while ensuring funding, resources, and communication are aligned.
You'll also monitor progress, escalate challenges, and provide pragmatic consulting support to uplift capability across the function.

About You
- 3 years+ strategy& planning experience
- 5 years+ project management, execution and/or transformation experience
- Experience in a consulting environment preferred
- Strong influencing, negotiation and storytelling skills
- Ability to balance quality against effort, cost and time to ensure work is both value focused and fit for purpose
- Ability to think commercially and be value focused
- Working knowledge of risk management practices
- Working knowledge of IAG business environment and/or general insurance
- Ability to document complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
- Ability plan and self direct work
- Ability to manage deadlines and make pragmatic decisions under work pressures
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity, remain decisive and keep moving
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, with an ability to ideate, develop and propose alternative approaches
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline (preferred)
