Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Opteon’s A.NZ business-
- Be the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries and ensure efficient recruitment administration is maintained in order to provide a timely service to the businessDesign and implement assessment & selection material including interview guides-
- Report on recruitment metrics for the business as required-
- Undertake proactive sourcing for talent-
- Leverage our fantastic technology and systems including LinkedIn Recruiter and our People Management system WorkdayAbout you- Some experience working as Recruiter is required-
- Strong relationship building and communication skills-
- A naturally inquisitive and proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement-
- An eagerness to embrace and learn new technologies-
