**Purpose of the Role**:
Reporting to the Roadside Assist Team Leader you will be engaging with our customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience, managing towing and break down calls, managing the cases from end-to-end.

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Focusing on first-call resolution, manage incoming calls from end-to-end
- Work collaboratively with the team, actively contributing to the team in a positive & engaging way
- Build highly effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Comply with all industry specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, as well as all company policies & procedures

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Experience with customer focused with a genuine care for people
- Highly developed communication skills, adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritize workload in a busy environment
- Ability to work in a call centre environment
- Demonstrated experience in identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, and actioning suitable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships & collaborate with others
