**Role Overview**:
As a Level 1 Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of Farro, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your role is pivotal in delivering the seamless and high-quality experience that Farro is known for.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Manage bookings and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, tableware, and the overall venue.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Complete opening and closing checklists diligently.
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and restaurant information.

Pay: $30.13 - $36.15 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
