**Job description**:
**The Role**

You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about building a sustainable organisation that enhances the lifestyle of people with disability.

You will be responsible for managing our NDIS SILS services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End to end management of NDIS SILS services
- Ensuring efficient, safe and high quality of client support and services.
- Managing all inbound enquiries relating to support services, SIL and long term housing.
- Liaising with current support workers to assist in client acquisition for support services and SIL.
- Assessing client needs, recommending and explaining the relevant NDIS services offered by The Australian Health Company (AHC).
- Handling client intake process consisting of initial forms, invoicing, quotes, service agreements and service bookings amendments relating to support services, SIL and therapies.
- Claiming directly from the NDIA portal
- Assisting with strategic compliance, function and processes relating to support services, SIL and Therapies
- Induction of support workers and participants into their SIL or long term homes
- Regulation of SIL home processes, repairs and queries from support workers to the greater team
- Manage all services and bookings from start to finish ensuring relevant documentation is finalised.
- Assisting with reporting: Risk assessments, support plans and support reviews, accordingly with NDIS requirements
- Forecasting roster for staff members in accordance with service requests and staff availability
- Conducted regular internal audits of client and staff documents to ensure NDIS requirements are met
- Consistently keeping up to date with NDIS guidelines in order to uphold NDIS standards of care within the company

**Skills and Experience**:

- You must have an understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and the Code of Conduct
- Knowledge of NDIS practice Standards and funding models practice approach, developing and implementation of tailored-care plans regarded but not essential
- High Level consultation skills with people living with disability, or chronic conditions, whilst demonstrating awareness of the key issues faced by people with disabilities or chronic conditions and the importance of choice and control regarding the support they receive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience liaising with support coordinators, support workers, participants and plan managers
- Solid computer literacy and capacity to use cloud based software is essential
- You are passionate about helping NDIS participants as this is our passion
