We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual with Administration skills to join our Regents Park office.
- First contact person for all sales, service & spare parts enquiries;
- Provide sales, project and administrative support;
- Preparation of quotes where required;
- Process monthly invoicing for the branch;
- Maintain Expected Invoicing schedule;
- Create, review and maintain clients' files in Accounting system and CRM;
- Support Sales team with Lead Generation activities;
- Assist with Project coordination activities;
- Schedule service call outs and maintain service schedule;
- Coordinate preventative maintenance program;
- General reception administration duties.
