**We’re now looking for a Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our ANZ Supply team in what is a permanent full-time position, based in Sydney.**

Focused on one of our largest accounts, you will act as a key conduit between Reckitt and this customer account, bridging the gap between the external environment, Reckitt Supply and our Commercial team.

**As a Vendor Replenishment Planner, you will be responsible for**:

- Manage and/or coordinate forecasting, ordering and delivery of orders to the customers DC’s nationally whilst looking for opportunities where Reckitt can deliver a more effective level of customer service.
- Processing order release and amendments in the customer system as well as Reckitt’s internal system.
- Customer collaboration meetings arranging and preparing all necessary information to ensure a positive and action orientated outcome for both businesses.
- Manage and maintain efficient transport replenishment by optimising order frequency, size, lead times and time slots.
- Answering and responding to any queries from the customer directly in a prompt and timely manner

**You’ll succeed because**
you’re a natural relationship builder, with experience in a Vendor Replenishment Planner role or from a Supply Chain - Customer Service role.
- You are a creative problem solver; you take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience.
- You possess strong communication skills and are adept in negotiating and collaborating in a client facing role.
- You are confident, articulate and committed to finding out answers.
- You have worked in a fast-paced FMCG organisation previously.
