For over 30 years, Carman's has been a delicious labour of love — proudly 100% Australian-owned, crafting breakfast and snacking products for local and international markets.

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and collaborative Vendor Replenishment Planner to join a passionate supply chain team, managing replenishment for one of our most important retail partners — Woolworths.

Reporting remotely to the team in Victoria in a part-time capacity (approximately 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility around how those hours are worked). You'll spend 2–3 days per week on-site at Woolworths in NSW, and travel interstate several times a year for key planning sessions and team collaboration with the team in Huntingdale, Victoria.

In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end inventory and replenishment processes, ensuring Carman's products are consistently available on Woolworths shelves. You'll partner closely with Sales, Supply & Demand, and Customer Experience teams to optimise stock flow, minimise out-of-stocks, and drive efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Retailer Collaboration

  • Act as the main point of contact for Woolworths on replenishment and supply matters.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
  • Communicate changes promptly to maintain on-shelf availability.
  • Investigate and resolve service issues, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to address out-of-stocks, promotional volumes, and event execution.

Inventory Management & Replenishment

  • Monitor inventory levels at Woolworths DCs and stores.
  • Maintain stock within agreed min/max levels and parameters.
  • Execute replenishment orders aligned with demand forecasts.
  • Identify and act on potential overstock or stock-out risks.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Analyse demand drivers such as promotions, seasonality, and sales trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning to align forecasts and supply plans.
  • Challenge and validate retailer forecasts through collaborative planning discussions.

Data & Systems Management

  • Use ERP and replenishment systems to manage purchase orders and stock flow.
  • Track and report key KPIs, including DIFOT and On-Shelf Availability.
  • Provide insights to support continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Cost & Process Optimisation

  • Balance service levels with cost-to-serve through smart order and frequency management.
  • Support initiatives to reduce excess inventory, obsolescence, and inefficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Planning, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and process improvement initiatives.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have…

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar replenishment or planning role.
  • Previous experience working with Woolworths or major retailers (FMCG experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with proven ability to turn data into insight.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, warehousing, and transport processes.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (BI/reporting experience highly valued).
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
