Join our welcoming friendly team working in the Medical Unit, a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing care to vulnerable patients and their families.
This Monday to Friday role (7:00am - 3:30pm), will see you provide essential administrative support that contributes to the delivery of high-quality care and smooth operation of the unit.
Your day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Performing ward clerk duties including as answering telephones, data entry, and customer service
- Ordering and maintaining stock, stores, and supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors both in person and over the phone
- Supporting the team in maintaining an efficient, organised, and welcoming environment
You will receive comprehensive initial training, along with ongoing support and mentorship to ensure you feel confident and thrive in this role.

**Additional information**
An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.
To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
