Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced
**Integrity Unit Manager** who can lead a key taskforce for the department.

**The Taskforce has responsibility for**:

- The design and implementation of Program Design and Delivery reforms to address key recommendations to strengthen the Department’s Probity Governance
- Procurement and Contract Management
- Grants Administration
- Enterprise Governance and Assurance

**About the role**:

- Scope the core activities of the unit, including relevant frameworks, policies/processes
- Scope how the unit will align strategically with other related functions outside or not included in the unit’s activities
- Scope what capabilities are required for the unit, including expected staffing levels
- Develop a range of documents including business case, implementation plan, service offer, expected budget
- Adhere to the APS code of conduct and all departmental policies
- Delivery of milestone in accordance with agreed timeframes

**Ideally, you will be**:

- A leader with Integrity expertise
- Able to design, develop and support organisation-wide needs
- Able to develop high-level documents for key decisions for the department
