Our services based in **Caroline Springs** are looking for passionate and caring Casual Educators for children in our after school care capacity. This is a casual position with varying hours across different services.
Shift times vary between Monday - Friday 6:30 - 9:00 AM and 3:00 - 6:00 PM as well as holiday programs.
**About the role**
Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:
- Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite
**Who are we looking for?**
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
