Job description

To provide cleaning services to Strata Residential and Commercial property common areas.
- Vacuum hard floor and carpets
- Mop hard floor
- Clean, sanitise and disinfect toilet bowls, urinals, basins, bench tops and cabinets, mirrors, walls and floor
- Test swimming pool for Ph and chlorine and record results in pool log
- Clean windows to a height of 2m
- Sweep and mop fire stairs and landings
- Pick up litter from building surrounds and car parks
- Place full 240L bins into street for collection up to 28/day
- To follow all safe working practices and procedures.
- To report any potential hazards in the workplace
- Put up and take down lift mats
- Required qualities
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- 1 yrs experience in a high quality commercial cleaning environment.
