**The Role**

You will be responsible for:

- Support credit policy development for secured and unsecured lending products with a strong focus on customer journey and outcomes.
- Development and monitoring of performance of scorecards and system decisioning logic to identify areas of opportunity.
- Supporting monthly reporting for a range of credit KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversight of in-house and outsourced collections and recovery strategies and track effectiveness through KPI's.
- Manage and own credit bureau reporting process across the organisation.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or related field.
- Exceptional experience spanning 3 years in analytical modelling.
- Impressive Credit Risk experience.
- Strong knowledge of coding in SAS, R or SQL.
- Brilliant ability to solve complex problems.
