Test and Cutover Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the overall testing strategy for the SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Manage the testing team and ensure that the testing process is executed effectively
- Develop a detailed cutover plan for the SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Coordinate the cutover plan during the cutover phase of the project, ensuring that all activities are executed according to schedule
- Ensure that the testing and cutover activities meet the project timeline and budget constraints
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate any risks related to testing and cutover

Experience
- Significant experience in SAP Test and Cutover Management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Experience in developing testing strategies and leading a testing team
- Experience creating and coordinating cutover plans
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
