The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group is seeking an experienced and motivated **Business Systems Lead** to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise all your skills to lead the implementation and continual optimisation of business systems to support strategic and organisational objectives and our growth.

**About the role**

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Contribute to our strategic goal of ensuring people, process and technology put information and cyber-security at the forefront for all.
- Advise and consult with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these to a roadmap of proposed capability improvements (considering best practices/trends).
- Define, document and implement solutions and processes ensuring business systems are integrated with whole of business systems, including our digital platforms, to enable seamless supporter experiences and efficient internal processes.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- 5+ years in business solutions implementation and systems projects (especially CRM such as Dynamics).
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Integration Services) and data management practices.
- The ability to analyse information, identify problems, navigate complex scenarios, and deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders, embedding governance, and accuracy in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
- A keen interest in the health, fundraising or not-for-profit sectors, with a desire to learn, innovate, and implement new technology solutions that make a tangible difference.
