My OT and Me is a values-led, mobile occupational therapy service in Adelaide, with a warm, welcoming hub in Woodville. Founded by an OT who's walked the path herself, we understand the complexity of our profession and we're committed to creating a workplace where leadership feels human, flexible, and deeply impactful.

We support a vibrant mix of adult clients across Adelaide's southern, central, northern suburbs and the Adelaide Hills, with a growing paediatric caseload. Our future direction is rooted in women's health, community empowerment, and advocacy for disadvantaged and minority groups, driven by founder Kendie's passion for systemic change.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A seasoned Occupational Therapist with leadership experience or aspirations
  • AHPRA registered with current First Aid, WWCC, Police Clearance, and insurance
  • A strategic thinker with a heart for mentorship and community impact
  • Passionate about women's health, inclusive care, and sector transformation
  • Ready to step into a role that honours both your clinical expertise and your leadership potential
  • Work positively within a team, foster teamwork and support others to develop effective working relationships and achieve team goals
  • Knowledge of NDIS and SAH highly desirable
