We are seeking a highly skilled B2C Product Migration Specialist to join our Consumer team, where the focus will be on identifying existing B2C customers that are using legacy products within the business and migrate these customers over to the new B2C product set.

Reporting to the General Manager, eCommerce, the B2C Product Migration Specialist will have the ability understand multiple technology systems, have commercial acumen and able to drive stakeholder engagement across multiple cross functional teams.

As the B2C Product Migration Specialist, you will have the ability to see the big picture, be results orientated, prepared to challenge conventional thinking, and lead by example. Your passion, attention to detail, and strong communication and project management skills, will stand you in high regard.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop and measure KPIs for the legacy migration program performance against business objectives and goals
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify list of existing B2C Customers that are fit for purpose for migration to new product set
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify customers that are not fit for purpose to migrate and work through a solution/treatment plan for this cohort of customers
- Create a clearly defined project plan and strategy to migrate customers over to new B2C product set including stakeholder engagement plan
- Work in with the cadence and governance of the overall B2C Program of work
- Once customers have been identified engage sales teams - account manager work with account manager to have discussion jointly with customer around migration
- Review end to end touch points and journey for customer migration to include I.T, Pricing, Onboarding, Operations, Customer conversations
- Analyse and review financial impact of migrating customers to new B2C rates
- Increase profitability for GE by migrating legacy customers to B2C product set
- Manage the allocated portfolio of legacy customers to migrate in a timeline manner
- Influence and execute on legacy migration objectives with the customer
- Work with I.T stakeholders to migrate to eCommerce platforms
- Work with internal stakeholders to review and execute on commercial proposition for customer
- Work with eCommerce operations teams to ensure smooth transition and compatibility of freight profile
- Manage reporting and progress of migration back into the B2C program of work
- Work in an agile way to deliver on multiple customer migrations in a timeline manner
- Execute and deliver on the overall B2C Program of work objectives as it relates to the migration stream of work
